Should a breeder oopen the doors to the kennel and just let anyone come and touch and play with puppies ?
No ...some will say that if you are a good breeder this will happen .I wonder if they have their wits about them when
they say such things .
A mother that has baby puppies goes by smell ...example
Puppies are 5 weeks old ..still on mom as they should be and a person comes to visit .They handle the puppies ,pick up
each one ,hold it close ,check it out ...then the puppies are returned to mom ...Guess what ...some moms kill them ,some refuse
to feed them ...why ? Cause this person 's smell is not their puppy smell ,it is not their puppy anymore .My puppies will
not take that chance .
Example 2 ...You have kennel hopped ,went from kennel to kennel ,holding ,petting adults and puppies .Most breeders will
not tell you they have had parvo or distemper or kennel cough ...Most tell you nothing .
Then you come here ,you hold ,pet ,love the puppies and adults .....
Less than ten days later my babies get sick and start to die ,Parvo ,Kennel cough can and does run rampant through a
kennel in a short period of time .My waiting list customers have lost their puppy they waited a year to choose .I have lost
my babies ,parvo kills slow and in the most painful way and speads fast and furious ...My babies will not take that chance
.My customers would not take that chance .My vet will not take that chance .
It is upon my vet's recomendation that no visitors are allowed here .If you want to see moms and dads ,you can ...at
my vet or in pictures .If you want to visit a puppy ,you can ,wth a deposit and the knowlege that your puppy will be in quarentine
for 15 days after your visit and you are responsible for any problem that would occur .
No ... a good breeder does not allow kennel hoppers to visit .A good breeder knows the difference .My babies will not
take the chance .
